a dc woman says she is was the victim of a sexual assault, but says the police report calls it an armed robbery. >> a watch dog group says this happens more often than you think the pat collins records. >> i did not feel like a victim until i started dealing with the police. i got away, i disarmed the man who was assaulting me, i didn't get raped, but the police made me feel like i should have just so they would classify it as a rape. >> this is eleanor. she says she was the victim of an attempted sex assault, but police classified it as an armed robbery. >> they actually changed my conversation with the assailant in the report so that it sounded like he asked and i said no, and because of that, he took me into the alley. >> reporter: it happened may 29th, 2011 around 2:00 in the morning. eleanor was walking home she ended up on the ground, she
