people. one person was taken to the hospital. and a juror in that case was speaking out, revealing more about what happened and how the jury reached their verdict. the juror told anderson cooper that when they began their deliberations, only three of them thought george zimmerman should have been acquitted. >> i think his heart was in the right lace. it just went terribly wrong. >> do you think he's guilty of something? >> i think he's guilty of not using good judgment. when he was in the car, and he called 911 web shouldn't have gotten out of that car. >> do you have any doubt that george zimmerman feared for his life? >> i have no doubt george feared for his life and the situation he was in at the time. >> do you feel story for trayvon martin? >> i feel sorry for both of

let's take a live look outside right now. the beautiful washington monument lit up in the night sky. 79 degrees, though, right now and feels steamy out there. >> every bit of that 79 degrees. let's check in with meteorologist tom kierein with the forecast. >> it is a sticky start to this tuesday. good morning. starting off just a few clouds drifting over the metro area now. we've got one little thundershower here in southern delaware. and there's one thundershower way off the coast east of ocean city. elsewhere just a few clouds passing through. the air is steamy. high humidity in place. temperatures are in the mid-70s to upper 70s in a few locations to near 80 right near the bay. reagan national now is at degrees. but it's a bit cooler. shenandoah valley into the mountains, upper 60s there and low 70s. it may dry out a little bit. a little less humid by later but it will be getting hot. a look at your tuesday morning in a couple of minutes. dawnella with a first look at traffic.

good morning. >> i'm checking on road work. we saw this yesterday morning for folks traveling southbound i-95. making the trip between 234 and quantico. you're going to be reduced to just one right lane. here's what a live view looks like as you're passing dumfries road. the cones are still up. just a bit slow as you make your way through. also tracking a work zone i-95 in maryland, this is northbound at 200th icc. details at 4:31. aaron and eun? we're on top of a developing story that could impact tens of thousands of you in prince george's county. within the next 24 hours or so, you could be without water, and that could last for days. take a look. overnight the county set up an operations center to monitor the outage. if you live in the highlighted area on this map you see right here, mandatory water restrictions are already in place. and wssc says you should stock up now. this all is because of a water

main located in this wooded area. it's off suitland parkway, and that main is on the verge of breaking. wssc says it needs to be fixed immediately, so they plan to shut off the water tonight. once off, the water will run out within about 14 hours for most people, and it could be between two and five days before that water is back on. the overnight warning that water will soon run out during one of the hottest weeks of the year comes as a shock to many who live and work in that affected area. our own shamari stone told several people about the developments, and he says their jaws literally dropped. the seafood restaurant says they use water for just about everything. and they could lose hundreds if not thousands of dollars. meanwhile, families say they're just worried about it. >> i'm just flabbergasted that they didn't let anybody know. how can we go days without water? we have to shower, use the facilities. what are we supposed to do?
