connect with what's going on in your life, energy wise, talk about where you're at, maybe what's coming up for you. a medium has the ability to bridge this world and the spirit world. kind of like you have a doctor and surgeon, you have to be a doctor before you're a surgeon. >> so you talk to the dead. >> i listen to the dead. >> but you talk back. >> i do in my head. it's not like a dialogue, it's more like sign language, when somebody is an interpreter they are interpreting what they are experiencing. >> can anybody get this? i don't mean that, i mean can anybody learn or find a way to be psychic? is this within each of us? >> i think every single person has the ability to follow their intuition, their instincts, i think god gives us free will, and god gives us intuition. >> when did you first know that you had that ability? were you little? >> i was 15 years old. >> what happened? >> i had a reading with a psychic, i went to go debunk her and show she wouldn't be able to read for me. she changed my life and put me on my path.

[ laughter ] >> you are good. you are good. no. but i hear the spirits. and then i try to interpret to the best of my ability what they are saying. >> do you say anything. >> it's through thought. i believe the speed of thought is faster than the speed of light. >> the way people text today, they don't communicate, they send thoughts electronically. people out of physical body send their thoughts energetically to all of us. we happen to be super sensitive and pay attention differently. >> how did you know you had this ability. >> i always knew things as a child. my parents would tell me things. when i was eight years old, there was a spirit at the foot of my bed.
