was the storms that rolled through the northeast, horrible airport delays. we didn't have tornadoes. we had a lot of reports of wind damage, a lot of trees fell down and a lot of leaves came down. now what we are watching is the tail end of the storm existing off the southeast coast line. it has lost its push out to sea. it is mixing with what was tropical storm karen. this is going to linger along the southeast coast for a couple of days and slowly drift to the north up into the mid-atlantic. you can see all of the rain out there. coastal areas of north carolina and south carolina it is going to be kind of windy, raw. the waves are going to be up and you are going to get rain, maybe heavy rain. by the way, the middle of the country gorgeous. 76 and sunny today in minneapolis. here is a look at the weather outside your window.

welcome back. beautiful weather continues in the middle of the country. unfortunately, the southeast, the coastal areas will be cloudy, breezy and raw. the cold front will hold up and little area of low pressure will drift northward and work its way up the coast. looks like rainy weather returning to the norfolk area. that will probably last until thursday. rain moves north to new york city thursday to friday. the storm in the southeast is really the only one on the board over the next couple of days.

travel lanes are open. folks traveling on i-66 heading westbound. at fairfax county there's an accident with the tractor-trailer. >> danella, thank you. 4:28. dueling immigration rallies. tens of thousands of faith and immigration rights are joining for the march for immigration reform. several popular latino artists and members of congress will be there to pass reform. a group of local residents will hold a counter rally. that group wants jobs for american citizens, not amnesty. this morning investigators are looking into an apartment fire. you can see the flames shooting out of that window. this broke out at midnight. no one was hurt.

the red cross is helping people affected by the fire. new details on the crash on the beltway. police identified the victim as marvin totterson of silver springs. investigators are still looking into what caused that crash. it is now 4:29 this morning. we now know the identity of the man who set himself on fire on the national mall and died. he was 64-year-old john constantino from new jersey. witnesses tell news four they saw him pour gasoline on himself friday afternoon and then he was engulfed in flames. he was flown to the hospital where he later died. police are still looking into why he set himself on fire. >> this morning howard county police are looking into a deadly single car accident. the pickup truck heading south on route 29 went off the road and flipped around 7:00 last

night. the driver died at the scene. police confirmed the driver was not wearing a see the belt and speed did play a role in this crash. this morning a prince william county mother is recovering after being shot. the 43-year-old victim told police she was sitting in a chair when she felt a sharp pain in her right thigh. so far no arrests have been made. >> a woman is recovering this morning after being sexually assaulted and robbed while walking in d.c. last night. the victim told police the man put his arms around her neck and dragged her to the ground before he attacksed her. police in annapolis are looking for a man who robbed a woman. it was in the m. and t. parking lot on jennifer road.
