and this is a winter weather advisory to hang on until noon tomorrow, and that covers much of the viewing area with the exception of rthis area around culpepper and an area of white to spread over 5:00 and 6:00 and 7:00 a.m. look at this shot at 5:00 a.m. we see the snow, but what happens after 5:00 a.m., and how long is the snow event going to hang on as well as what we are going to be getting, and i will tell you how long in the forecast coming up. in a moment. and to veto or not to veto, and that is what the governor is considering, a bill that would allow businesses to refuse

serving customers based on sexual grounds. and we have steve handelsman at capitol hill on whether this is going to be survive. >> well, the governor is getting input, and much of it is negative about the controversial measure. >> reporter: three top aides say that arizona governor jan brewer will likely veto the bill to allow businesses in her state to refuse to serve gays, because she says they are concerned about corporate backlash. she with was interviewed on cnn. >> well, this is pro-business, and trying to turn the economy around. >> reporter: and apple says to veto the bill. they are building a plant in arizona. and the next super bowl is in phoenix, and the game's local committee said to veto the bill, and so do american airlines and pet smart. >> our associates and our communities and our customers all deserve equal respect, and this bill undermines that and goes against it.

dropping around 11:00 p.m. and midnight that the snow is going to happen. and when this snow moves into the area, you can see it there at 5:00 a.m., and it is going to cover the area, and you will see the bulk of it between 5:00 a.m. and around 10:00 a.m. to noontime tomorrow. we are at 6:00 a.m., and woodbridge to quantico and heartwood and 8:00 a.m. is mainly hanging around the areas of southeastern maryland, and then you can see it around d.c., and quantico and by lunchtime and noontime, it is going to be ma making the exit, and again, by the time of day, it is going to be snowing after 1:00 a.m., and that means that the snow is going to accumulate through the road temperatures, and the road temperatures will be dropping d under the freezing mark as the air temperatures do, too, and one to two inches will be affect ed in the shaded area in blue, and that is around d.c. and loudoun county, and fauquier county and those are the areas

leesburg east of culpepper and now goes to pax river, too, and an nap lis and aberdeen, and much of the snowfall is heading out of here, and turning into rain showers. and again, a bigger impact tomorrow, and a today's impact on the storm system was on the low scale. and tomorrow's will be medium with light snow during the morning rush. we are expecting between 1 and 2 inches of snowfall, but again, early on, probably laying down in some area roads with the temperatures dropping down into the 20s by tomorrow morning. in fact, hourly forecast right here sh, and we started out in 20s and the 30s at 8:00 a.m., and the snow will end by noontime tomorrow. we will have another look at the snowfall map in a few minutes. >> a medical mystery is unfolding in california and dozens of children are becoming paralyzed in one of the limbs and while it may sound like polio, doctors say that is not what they are dealing with here.

breaking news on a deadly road rage case. scott macfarlane? >> the verdict in for a sunday school tee schoolteacher throwihe punch after fighting with another man in fairfax. julie carey in the courtroom says that the jury found lee cena guilty of assault and not b battery. he admitted to following 63-year-old william o'brien into a mall parking lot last april say saying he was angry because o'briened ha been honking his

horn at him, and then cena punched o'brien, and he later died ten days later, but then cena says that he threw the first punch. we will have more on cena in a live report at 5:00. it is a technology that is supposed to keep you safe, but as the i-team reports, there is concern that the pharmacy robots could make mistakes worse. tisha thompson has the warning. >> reporter: next time you go to the pharmacy, peek behind the counter, and there is a machine tucked behind the counter, and that is a pharmacy robot, but we will show you how that one machine can compound one mistake into another. this is the board of torard pre

the board of pharmacy. in this sales from a prominent robot maker, you can see how the technician types it into the computer, and the robotic arm places the pills into the bottle and then stamps them. >> i think that can helped with the dispensing, and the error rate is significantly lower if you have technicians or pharmacists filling them. >> reporter: and dr. sidney wolf at the watchdog group says that there are two well respected studies that show that the robots do cut down on errors but only if the humans load them properly. >> a human being has to fill the machines with various medicines, a and they could make a mistake. if they make a mistake, even the machine dispenses what it is told to do so to speak, it may have been told the wrong thing. >> the mistakes were really human error. >> reporter: joe worked in a national chain that used this

robot. when it was installed, the company also upped up the prescriptions that the store was to be filled to as many as 900 a day, forcing the staff to rush. >> and if it ran out, you cheated. fill the runover, and grab the bottle from the stock area, and put the bottle in there, and then it happened. an employee put 250 milligrams of an antibiotic into a cell partially filled with 500 milligrams. >> and somebody had inadvertently grabbed the wrong bottle, and so we were dispensing 500 to someone who needed 250, and not a big deal you would think, but if the patient is sick and they didn't get well and needed to see the do doctor again or needed another prescription, it becomes a problem. >> reporter: some mistakes are dosage and others are mixing up different drugs n. new jersey, an attorney journal found that as many as 250 children were

means that the roads are going to be slick around the area. plan accordingly. and how much can you expect? well, look at at this area, 1 to 2 in leesburg and culpepper and as far south as fredericksburg and calvert beach as well as wall d waldorf. there could be a 1 to 2 inch area around petersburg, and i around winchester some high spots there, and 2 to 4 around frostburg, and we will talk about the pattern, folks, because we are going to be cold next week and in fact, all of next week is colder than average and still unsettled, and still snow chances around the area, and might not be a big storm, but it is a storm to talk about, and another one coming up this weekend, and the high of saturday with maybe some fl flurries in the area, and 48 with mixtures of rain and snow monday, and this system is going to be one to watch with the rain and the snow, and if it is cold enough, it is all snow. if it is warm enough, it is all
