is, but we know the victim is expected to be okay. storm team4 tonight, tracking what's been a soggy, soggy saturday. and it's not over yet. we have to get through another day of dicey weather. storm team4 meteorologist amelia segal is here with a first look at the forecast. >> for the sunday, we're not looking at rain showers just for today, but breezy and windy conditions throughout the day tomorrow. so the impacts of this storm system we're mainly worried about isolated minor flooding tomorrow, and there could be water collecting on the area roads. however, this is still for the most part a low impact for the area tomorrow. but again, be prepared to deal with another rainy day, and also breezy to windy conditions. the winds will be the strongest here in the counties in brown. you'll be under a wind advisory. that starts at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. and it will run actually until 6:00 a.m. on monday.

foggier, rculpeper, gusts up to 50. i'll have more on your sunday forecast and also look ahead to warmer weather in about 15 minutes, chris. >> all right, thanks, amelia. we're staying on top of the massive search for relisha rudd. tomorrow morning, divers will head back to kennelworth aquatic gardens to continue the search. the last time anyone saw relisha rudd, she was with khalil tatum, a janitor at the homeless shelter where she was living. last night, news4 collected video of investigators collecting evidence at a day's inn, a few miles from the park. tonight, police in laurel are still looking for a driver who ran a man over and then took off. police found the victim's body in a parking lot last night. they say a man named antoine calley got into a fight with someone along south arbsrbory l. he drove off.

if you have any information on where he might be, call the police. the red cross is taking care of nine d.c. families tonight after a big fire in columbia heights. firefighters arrived at the apartment on 11th and columbia around 4:00 this afternoon. they spotted smoke and flames on the third floor of the building, but all the residents did get out in time. paramedics took one person to the hospital, but it wasn't a serious injury. right no, d.c. police are on the hunt for the person who shot a man in the head. this shoot be happened after midnight on eaten road. officers rushed the man to the hospital, but he died. investigators are still trying to get a description of the suspect and a motive. trapped by fire. five people were hurt when flames engulfed this home in southeast d.c. and tonight, we've learned one of them has died. firefighters had to break through the flames to rescue three people, and two of the injured are young children. it's a serious blow to the community. news4's darcy spencer has their story new at 11:00.

>> when i told my husband to come and get me. >> reporter: regina was awakened to news that her 5-year-old grandson was among the victims hurt in a fire at their home on stevens road in southeast d.c. saturday morning. >> my husband got to see him, and he said he just had a burn mark, but he was still in critical. >> reporter: the little boy's mom also burned. there were three additional victims. one woman died, a man and another little boy were critically hurt. >> and to see him just laying there, and the mom laying there, i was, like -- i had to take a breath. >> reporter: we spoke to one woman who did not want to be on camera. she says she held one of the burn victims in her arms until help arrived. that woman jumped from a window. the other four victims were rescued by d.c. firefighters. neighbor page said she saw firefighters bringing victim s out of the burning home. >> i hope they're okay.

i know they might be going through a lot right now. they got my prayers. >> reporter: the woman who died has been identified as 54-year-old mary brooks. those who knew her say she had just returned home from having surgery and may have been using oxygen. she was well known in the barry farm community. >> loved her dearly. she was a sweet lady. >> darcy also learned that a firefighter was also hurt in that fire. he was treated at the hospital and sent home. crews are still investigating how that started. more than 100 aftershocks rattled southern california today after a 5.1-magnitude earthquake jolted the region. the quake was so powerful, it sent a store clerk running for cover. you could even see a wall of items collapse and fall. experts recorded at least 115 aftershocks today and the strongest one registered 4.1. tonight, we're learning the extent of some of the damage. more than 80 people can no longer live in their homes

because of major foundation crack at their apartment complex. that's not all. the quake also caused cracks in the walls and broke water mains across the city. despite all that damage, no one was hurt. it's a story you saw first on news4. less than 48 hours, an ousted eagle will land right here in washington. it's possible he could trade in his green for the burgundy and gold. jason pughs here with what it means. jason? >> thanks, chris. the philadelphia eagles released wide receiver deshaun jackson yesterday, and the redskins have set up meetings with jackson, and meetings will take place this tuesday. we caught up with a few redskins player the tonight, including deangelo hall who said he believes jackson could be the missing piece. the 27-year-old is coming off his best season as a pro, not only is he a talented wide receiver, he's also a very dynamic punt returner. we'll have more on this story later. also, the redskins face the ravens tonight on the basketball

academy. last weekend, he went on a camping trip with other midshipmen. he was skating behind a slow-moving vehicle when he fell and hit his head. they say he was wearing a helmet but suffered a traumatic brain injury and slipped into a coma for several days. prince george's county police say a man was run over and left for dead in bladensburg. this happened on annapolis road just before 1:00 in the morning. investigators say the victim was crossing the street when a white pickup ran over him. the driver didn't stop. the victim is from florida. he died at the hospital. police say the victim was not in a crosswalk when the truck hit him. a warship is now joining the search for that missing plane. it's got a special black box detector on board. the australian ship is armed with a u.s. navy's towed ping locator in an underwater drone. the search for malaysian air liens flight 370 is entering its fourth week. and there was disappointing news today. investigators say items pulled from the ocean friday turned out to be nothing more than garbage,

nbc's brian mooar has the latest on this developing story. >> reporter: despite the bone-chilling rain, the fatigue, the lingering danger, and the enormity of their task, search crews spend another day looking for victims and answers outside of oso, washington. they stopped for only a few moments, to mark a sad milestone. >> join us in a moment of silence in honor of the victims and loved ones. >> reporter: the state of washington paused beliefly to remember the moment a week earlier when a mountain of mud wiped out a community. the search for victims continues. the official death count climbed to 18, but the list of the missing and unaccounted for dropped from 90 down to 30. >> trying to make it through, and just, you know, not break down. the unknown is terrible. it really is. >> reporter: neighbors are searching for neighbors. those missing and those whose lives have been left in limbo. they're wondering if loved ones will ever be found. >> there's people out here that you can't get them to go home.

150 countries took part this year. you know, they called off the cherry blossom kite festival earlier today because of the rain. they say they'll go tomorrow. >> yeah, rain or shine. i saw that, too. >> i guess forget about the shine. >> the good news, at least, trying to fly a kite tomorrow. i don't know how successful you can fly a kite in the rain, but there will be breezy conditions. >> yeah, the wind, i guess. >> so, you know, we'll have to see. again, tomorrow, another soggy, rainy day. we've been talking about it earlier. we'll add in the wind tomorrow, as well. breezy conditions for the most part throughout the day. even windy at times, especially further back to the west. falkier county, the i-81 corridor. storm team4 radar now. most of the areas mainly dry, just widely scattered showers. those of you in frederick county saying we had some heavy downpours coming through. even some thunder was reported there. you can see this very heavy cell now making its way through pennsylvania. this is our storm system.

this is what will continue to push through the area. showers become more widespread very early tomorrow morning. for the rest of the overnight hours, we're looking at hit or miss activity. also something to note. look at the back side of the storm system, back into west virginia, ohio, seeing snow in those areas. now, as this moves towards the east, we're not going to see snow in our area, but our temperatures tomorrow, well, they'll be noticeably cooler. wondering how much rain you receive today? here's a look at rainfall totals. washington picking up just over an inch. many areas about half of an inch to around an inch of rain. and we'll add about that much onto tomorrow. so when all is said and done, we're looking at about 1 to 2 inches of rain from this weekend's event. future weather. we're at midnight, scattered showers. we hit 4:00 a.m. more widespread activity. we continue to see rain at times throughout the day tomorrow, a steady rain. light to moderate in intensity. noon, still tracking rain. even at 8:30, tomorrow evening.

notice the d.c. metro area still dealing with rain. rain will come to an end tomorrow night just after midnight. temperatures right now, it all depends on where you are. 63 in washington. 46 in frederick. 63 down in fredericksburg. tomorrow morning is actually when we'll be the warmest of the day. 7:00 a.m. tomorrow morning, already tracking rain and temperature at that point of 53 degrees. also notice there's the chance for some fog around tomorrow morning. look what happens to temperatures throughout the day tomorrow. they actually slowly fall. so by the midday hours, we're in the upper 40s, mid-40s for the afternoon hours. 7:00, we're in the low 40s. so it's a chilly, damp rain at that point. again, it is breezy throughout the day tomorrow, a wind advisory runs throughout the day tomorrow until 6:00 a.m. monday for areas like warrenton, winchester, and leray. winds strongest there. chris, good news. monday through friday, our
