for allegedly selling untaxed cigarettes on statten i-lenslan. you hear him say over and over again i can't breathe. other officers get on top of them. officers say he resisted arrest and went into cardiac arrest. the video goes on to show him not moving ahat. he died at the hospital. one officer has been stripped of his badge and gun. another has been placed on desk duty. >> three weeks ago we told you about a bizarre incident near an arlington pub crawl. here is the video of police arrested a naked man who jumped into a car, drove the wrong way into a crowded street before police caught up to him. news 4 is live in claridon.

74 just a little bit humid tomorrow but for this time in july, we will take it. we're not talking about a heat index when you factor in the humidity and temperatures. that's when it feels a little bit warmer outside. tomorrow it will feel like that high temperature of 84. beautiful evening like i said. first pitch just after 1:00. temperatures as the first pitch will be in the upper 70s. dry conditions for the game tomorrow.
