families. 40 coffins returned to the netherlands. that country bears the heaviest death toll from the disaster. >> but with the pain of the crash still fresh, two more planes were shot down by pro russian rebels today. those were fighter jets and one pilot was killed. news4 steve handelsmans on capitol hill with the latest. >> reporter: here on the hill today and in europe today, the finger pointing continued about whose to blame. but the scene in netherlands was a moving reminder of the human cost in the war in ukraine. seven days after the tragedy t first 40 of the coffins carrying the remains of those killed on flight 17 came home to the netherlands in a solemn ceremony, attended by the dutch king and queen and relatives of those lost. >> we want the children back. that is the important for the family.

40s and say he collaborated with another teenage tore find and trap their victim. live with more on this disturbing case and the suspect's criminal past. pat? >> reporter: daureen, they pretended to be father and son to get a 14-year-old girl out of her house. then came the sex assault. 45-year-old orlando roberts, he is on the sex offender register. he just got out of jail last year. he was convicted of sexual assaulting a 13-year-old girl in the parking lot of r.f.k. back in 2001. now roberts' charged again of another sexual assault of another teenage girl. this time it was in his mother's home on park place. this time the victim is 14 years old. today roberts mother would only say this about her son.

>> wrong. there's nothing i can say about that okay. >> police say 45-year-old roberts and 19-year-old henson pretended to be father and son to lure the 14-year-old away from a foster home in laurel. >> this is how court documents and sources tell the story. henson met the girl on instagram and continued to communicate with her by phone. >> with roberts posing as henson's father the two went to the girl's house in laurel to convince her foster mother to allow them take her out to a picnic. they brought her to hanes point and they stayed here a while. then it was off to orlando roberts' mother's house on park place. >> there in the basement of the home police say roberts and henson took turns sexual assaulting the 14-year-old girl. orlando roberts works for the

the pennsylvania avenue initiative is being launched today to study new opportunities for changes along the corridor, in addition to the troump trump hotel project there are projects to rebuild the current fbi building site. the county council voted unanimously today to increase the term limit from two consecutive terms to three. that effects the nine county council members sitting now. the proposal will now go to the ballot for the county wide vote in november. the last time residents voted against it. that was back in 2000. >> allegations of abuse at a local assisted living facility. the patients forced to live in roach infested rooms. some sleeping on the floor. and it turns out the woman responsible has done this before. >> more commercial flights to israel have been grounded for a second straight day.
