startled when they heard what sounded like gunshots. fairfax county police sap it was a false alarm. a crash can knocked over in a store made a loud bang it could be heard throughout the mall. the mall was evacuated, but it was not. at times cheaper, convenient, than a taxi. tonight a local woman may never get into an uber car again. police arrested and charged her driver with sexual assault. news 4 darcy spencer live in northwest d.c. to explain what happened. darcy? >> reporter: certain wendy, a frightening situation for anyone who take as cab. this happened right here in the 14 ln block of rhode island avenue, northwest, about one week ago. the driver has turned himself in and is being held in jail at this hour. now, the victim, a 25-year-old, says the driver last sunday about 2:30 in the morning had given her a ride here to rhode island avenue. she says the driver was touching

new at 11:00 a local woman who disappeared walking her dog is dead. 62-year-old mary gibson was last seen leaving her home in springfield yesterday aund 4:00 in the afternoon. when she never returned police started searching the area by air, and on the ground with canines. this morning they found her body in a wooded area about a half mile from her home. no signs of foul play. d.c. police are looking for the person who shot a man multiple times in this area. the victim, 25-year-old anthony williams did not survive and police found his body an savannah street near martin luther king boulevard.
