you can see that on the monitor right now. that was taken as the 53-yead was processed a week ago. severae was indicted on two coun of capital murder and one count of first degree murder in the shooting death of three well alexandria residents, nancy dunning, wife of former alexan sheriff, more than a decade ago. he's also accused of killing transp planner, ron kirby in november. and music teacher, ruth ann lodato in february. severae will make his first alex court appearance tomorr mor at 9:00 a.m., but will not be brought to the cour there. he'll appear via closed circuit tv and we will be there. > a police offir in prince county is out of jail but suspended from the force r being charged with demos pr abuse. his is themis speis. the victim took out peace order to keep him away. invests said it happened at t victim's workplace. the victim went to the hospital.

learned he does not have a fracd ankle. yesterda gam forced him off the field. doctors tell news4 that no fractu could mean a faster retu to playing. doreen gentzler is here now on what it will take to recover from this type of injury. >> wendy, of course, the big ques on everybody's mind is how will rg3 be out? we have been talking to doctors, asking that quen today. and here's what they say. that's tough question to answer. it all depends on where exactly on the ankle the dislocation is, and what kind of secondary inju he has. and he probably has some of those. dislocations are actually re rare, just 2% of all disloc hap in the ankle. when it doe happen, though, ther almos always a second injury. in rg3s case, we now know he doest hav a fracture, but he most likely has tears in the ligame and that can be pret severe. when you have a dislocation, enough damage has been done that it's a pretty significant time
