to the live desk. on top of breaking news right now in philadelphia. this is the west kensington neighborhood. a massive warehouse fire. you see the smoke and flames. firefighters say they have the blaze under control at this hour. early reports, three people hurt. these are residents living nearby. no firefighters injured. we are hearing from firefighters on the scene. one person ran out of the building on fire. that person has burned over 80% of their body. now in serious condition at the hospital. still waiting to hear the condition of the other victims

more than two weeks before anyone in authority had even noticed. we are live this morning. back to you. . 5:18 your time. developing right now, police are developing a murder/suicide. this man shot and killed his daughter and her children in florida. then he waited for police to arrive before he killed himself. the sheriff's office named the victims. many of them children who were toddlers. one was 2 1/2 months old. this happened in bell, florida, a rural town west of gainesville where 350 people live. the shooter's name was don spirit. he had several criminal convictions on his report. he accidentally shot and killed his 8-year-old son while they were hunting. spirit was also convicted of drug paraphernalia in 1994,

and run will face a new sentence today. she is serving time after she hit and killed ryan in dupont circle in 2010. she was drunk at the time. a mon ago a jury found her guilty of voluntary manslaughter on top of three other charms. a judge could determine whether a local school board was negligent when it hired a school counselor who turned out to be a fraud. an 18-year-old is suing the montgomery county school board. dwayne flemmer was going by the name david and had fake credentials and was employed in 10 years. he testified in a custody hearing when the boy's parents got divorced. >> once you can walk into a courtroom and look a judge in the eye and say i am dr. david flemmer, montgomery county school psychologist, you have instant credibility and create all kinds of havoc for people.
