testing. megan mcgrath joins us where the street cars are out and running already right now. well, it has been a long time coming, april. we are starting to see a lot of movement here. in fact, there is a street car kind of making its way slowly towards me right as we speak here live. the first dry runs. the first practice runs getting under way at 6:00 this morning. there have been lots of delays leading up to this day. today is the first time we will see the street ts cars on the roadways during rush hour. because this is a practice day, there won't be any they will leave every 10 minutes. the video you're seeing, some of the activity on trolley depea. a lot of activity as they have been getting street cars in place. here on benning road, they have a dedicated lane for the

report to a shooting at the white house three years ago. kristen welker has more now. kristen, good morning. hey, eun and aaron, good e pre and first lady were infuriated by the way the secret service bungled that shooting according to the "washington post". the agey is already investigating that unprecedenteded security breach earlier this month. that's when a man jumped over the fence and entered through an unlocked door. a rifle was fired at the white house while parked a quarter mile away. a supervisor gave an answer stand down and that the noise was coming from a nearby construction site. it took four days for the secret service to realize the white house had been hit seven times by bullets. it came only after a housekeeper found broken glass on
