connecti to this region. we've learned duncan stopped at dulles international airport. news 4's megan mcgrath has this part of the story. good morning. good morning. health officials have been tracking the movements of this first ebola patient being treated in the united states, and we now know he had a connecti flight here at dulles airport. 42-year-old thomas eric duncan left liberia on september the 19th. he flew to brussels, and then from there he took a connecting flight to dulles airport. he arrived in dallas-ft. worth september 20th with no symptoms, and that is very important. was not showing any symptoms. the cdc says a person is only contagio when they have active symptoms. that didn't happen until september the 24th, days after he flew. now, duncan took united airlines flight 951 from brussels. his connecting flight, flight 822 to dallas-ft. worth. the airport authority release

d statement saying the cdc does not recomme monitoring for people who were on those flights, because duncan was not showing symptoms and was, therefore, not contagious. reporting liv from dulles airport, megan mcgrath, news 4. back to you, eun. >> thank you, megan. four minut after the hour. hawaiian officials say a patient is in isolation test ford ebola at a honolulu hospital. that patient checked in thursday. officials would not confirm whether the patient traveled to or from west africa in recent week. doctors say they're acting out of an abundance of ca this morning, a team from the cdc working to contain this case of ebola. health officials are monitoring those who had close contact with thomas eric duncan after he started showing symptoms septemr 24th. about 18 people include tleeg members of an ambulance crew and five children. the cdc will check those people every 21 days, or every day for 21 days which is the incubation period for ebola.

expressed concerns. no comment now. this morning learning new details about michael phelps dui arrest. according to the "new york sun" his alcohol content .14. double the .08 legal limit in maryland. according court documents, phelps admitted to having three or four drinks at the horseshoe casino before stopped on i-95 early tuesday morning. police say he was going 85 miles an hour in the fort mchenry tunnel. phelps says he is deeply sorry. the maryland teenager seriously hurt outside of six flags america had been ban pd from the park. according to six flag, the 15-year-old indefinitely banned from the park back in july. it not clear what he was doing there on saturday when a fight started. the boy's family says a group of strangers beat him up outside the gates. they plan to hold a vigil for him tomorrow outside the park. the 15-year-old is still in a medically induced coma.
