a manager for parents in northern virginia. a man who exposed himself at gunston middle school. richard? >> reporter: hi, eun. this is a big concern obviously because it happened at a school. this is a busy residential area off 395 here in arlington. lease say they are looking for a man who exposed himself near the water fountain. this handled after school was already over. it was just before 7:00 p.m. last tuesday that someone reported seeing this man. there's not a lot to go on. police are still looking for more information. they have a very vague description they are working with right now. 5'4" hispanic man waeug about 140 pounds he had a bright redshirt and blue jeans.

police are looking for him this morning. reporting live in arlington, richard jordan, news 4 >> today a 19-year-old man will be back in d.c. superior court after u.s. marshalls found a handgun in his underwear. he was almost in the courtroom when marblshalls found it. in a written statement, a spokesperson said the defendant was in the custody of three different agencies. each agency conducted a search of the defendant the. at this point it is unknown when or where the weapon came into the defendant's possession. a government contractor agreed to pay the department of defense $13 million. drs technical services allowed underqualified workers to do the service for the army and coast guard. it happened between 2003 and

camera. you can see the upper left part of the moon looks like a bite has been taken out of it. the cookie monster has been taking a bite out of the moon this morning. it is getting darker. it is moving 2,000 miles an hour. it is going to continue to darken here over the next hour. it will turn a different color too. during totality, which is maybe looking like this, a dark reddish-orange color. totality, 6:25 to 7:24. the sun rises at 7:11. the subpoena will be up and went set until 7:15 or so. look in the western sky for that. it will be quite the sight to see. on the cool side, down into the 50s in mont tpwoplry, fairfax county, loudoun, prince william, and fauquier.
