for disease control call this latest development deeply concerning as the fight as the dallas hospital one of their own. what they are telling us is that she did work extensively with the ebola patient being treated here. the man from liberia, thomas eric duncan, who died as a result of the virus, and that she was involved in that work while he was with -- while he was going through dialysis and on a ventilator. it came when he was very ill. and much more infectious, doctors are call it. now they say it appears she only came into contact with one other person while she was sick. that person has been isolated. they are being monitored right no they say because this happened as a breach in hospital protocol that even more medical workers

coming to fill up their tanks once they hear about the new gas prices that are out, the lowest we have seen all year. let's take a look at the numbers. the national average $3.20. in virginia, it's lower than that. about 20 cents cheaper. $3.19. about a quarter above the average in the district. we know d.c. always a little more expensive when it comes to gas. out in west virginia, 3 polyp $34. aaa, the experts who look at these numbers say the reason why we see the low prices this year is economics 101, the basics. supply and demand. there is a high supply right now. part of the reason is because it has been a relatively quiet atlantic hurricane season. so the oil refineries have not been disrupted. there have been no interruptions there. so the supply is high. now, we have seen a 20 cent drop on average from just last month. and the experts are saying it will drop even further before the year is up.

reporting live this morning in bethesda, richard jordan, news 4. richard, thank you. well, a handful of families will definitely go back to the zoo even after they had to be rescued from an exhibit at the indianapolis zoo. the ride through the orangutan exhibit broke down. nobody was hurt there. the people mostly looked bored. the zoo's website and twitter account said nothing about the incident. a 2-year-old is in critical condition after a bounce house blue away while he was inside. yesterday two boys were playing inside when it went airborne and moved 50 feet. the 2-year-old was airlifted to a local hospital. the bounce house was not anchored down. they only inflated it to dry out before a fund-raiser. >> safety conscious. it wasn't ready. it wasn't tied down properly. it wasn't meant to be used.
