we'll check back in with you. new this morning, the attorn accused for the man accused of abducting graham releas a statement. jesse matthew's lawyer says he's awaiting to see the results of the autopsy. he left the commonwealth and prosecs charged him with reckle driving. officers calle him near galvesto texas and charged him with graham's abduction. he was broug back to virginia and is scheduled to go to court in december. investigators say forensic eviden links matthew to another you woman who was murdered. morgan harr body was found on a farm outside of charlott this is just five miles from where search crews found the human remains yesterday. coming up in our next half hour, we'll hear from people who live near the site where the discovy was made. news 4 will have continuing covera of the hannah graham investig and we are

in a few minutes.ur seven-day >> chuck, thanks. new this morning, a full page letter about ebola is in dallas newspapers today. the letter was written by the man in charge of texas health resours which runs the hospit where two nurses were infect earlier this month. new reports say that a lot of patien are now avoiding that hospital. in that letter barkley burden denies what he calls theories d allegations in the media. he say it is hospital followed proper cdc guidelines, but he also admits staff made mistakes and says new changes are in place bec of it. he says the hospital is comple safe today. we told you right now health official in ohio are monitoring more than 100 people who may have come into contact with amber vinson. you might remember she is one of those infected nurses. we told you how she took the commerci fli from dallas to cleveland just days before she e either on the

live from the scene. what's going on, derrick? >> repor crew usu scene here, typical sunday at this mcdonald in the 8300 block of baltime avenue in college park. the usuals are in there having coffee. very different scene earlier this morning. it was about 3:45 this morning, accordg to prince george police guard. as they fought u one of the employs apparently went after them with pepper spray. that didn't stop them. at some point we are told accordg to police that security gua fired his weapon and struck a female who was here described as an innocent bystanr injs are non-lifeng according to police. they don't have much of a lookout at this point for the suspects, oy two males at this point. but again, bizarre scene here at this mcdonald's. everything is back to normal now and hopefully later today we will be getting some sort of descrin or lookout for the two people who allegedly attack a security guard here which led to that accidental

anne arundel county police are looking for this man. they say he robbed a bank. we don't know how much was take friend the bank of america in glen burnie. police say the robber handed the teller a note saying he had a gun and wanted cash. however, he never actually showed a weapon. a man could face drunk driving charges after being accused of hit ag maryland state d early yesterday mog north of democracy boulevd in rockville. investigs say the trooper pulled someo over for a traffic stop when another car slammed into his cruiser from behind. cars did suffer extensive damage and the trooper was treated for minor injuries. this is the third time in less than a month a trooper was hit by a suspected drunk driver. >> right now police in pennsy think they're getting close to the man accused of killing one state trooper and shooting another.
