last time. unlike the last breach, president obama was home at this time. >> the lockdown at the white house has been lifted now. >> reporter: the white house lockdown has been lifted. it is the same fence the suspect jumped tonight, he is at a hospital in custody. grainyell phone video shows the secret service taking 23-year-old dominic adesanya down. you can hear him screaming. officers say get on the ground whale canines bark at him. he jumped the fence around 7:15 wednesday night. listen again. the secret service officers say stop moving. he scream, i'm not. federal officials tell us adesanya is from bel air, maryland. he got about 20 feet from the fence before the takedown.

>> reporter: tonight congressman said they need to raise the fence and make it curve outward. news4. to some developments after a violent day in canada's capital. we know who opened fire at a war memorial and the parliament building but we still don't know. why police have identified the shooter as michael zehaf-bibeau. he is 32 years old and a recent convert to islam. they said he shot and killed someone at the memorial and then at the parliament, they shot and killed him. it was called an act of terrorism. >> let there be no misunderstanding. we will not be intimidated. >> it is still unclear what motor straight ambush, even though president obama condemned the attack. so far there's been no immediate impact on the u.s. new tonight, we've learned

prince george's police are looking into similarity between two sexual assault cases. they happened less than a mile apart. the most recent crime two days ago. jackie bensen has more on the possible connection. >> reporter: the description of the attacker is almost identical in both cases, which happened just .9 of a mail party. monarch woman was walking in the 5800 block of annapolis road. a man grabbed her and sexually assaulted her on. tuesday evening, officers gathered at a nearby shopping center to hand out flyers with information about the sxrim to look for possible leads in the ca case. they also provided a description of the suspect. >> it is an african-american male between the ages of 35 to 45 years of age. >> reporter: that description has a strong similarity to the

one provided by the victim of another sexual assault which happened less than a mail away in bladensburg on september 8. a woman was walking along this path on a wooded area. a man grabbed her and sexually assaulted her shelf provided this. about 40, 5'8" to 5'10" work a slim build and black and gray facial hair. we have who live in the area say they're concerned. >> hopefully predator will be caught. that's what we're hoping. i'm hoping really hard. >> i don't walk by myself. i'm real cautious of who i speak to and where i'm at. >> reporter: police are hoping someone in that neighborhood recognizes the picture of the suspect from the september incident. there is a very significant financial incentive. a 25,000 reward.

live at prince george's county police headquarters. she left court with her face covered accused of having sexual contact with a student. symone greene pleaded not guilty. court documents say she gave oral sex to a student she met on her first day at the school in d.c. greene is 22 years old, the student, 17. he secretly recorded the encounter and started showing to it classmates. when the school found out they called d.c. police. fresh out of the hospital. a journalist who covered ebola and has recovered is talking about his recovery. you will recall, he contracted ebola while working as a free lance photographer with nbc news in liberia. he was transferred to nebraska for treatment. today he told kate snow, he feel fortunate to be alive. >> every step i take is just rae

weekend. it was the son of sol airport for a missing college student from our area. tonight, virginia tech students held a vigil for the missing student, hannah graham. she is from alexandra. it was formed in honor of morgan harrington, a virginia tech student who was kill five years ago. and remains were found in albemarle, virginia. police have the area surrounded. today marked the biggest search effort. the medical examiner hasn't said if the remains are those of hannah graham. a public fawn is now planned for the former "washington post" editor. it will be held at the national tod cathedral. he led the post for more than 20 years and supported the reporters during the post coverage of the watergate
