developing right now, a horrible situation in an apartment complex in maine. five people have been killed and/or badly hurt. there were a lot of people there for a halloween party. it took hours to make sure everyone was accounted for. one survivor jumped out of a window on the second floor but still suffered second-degree burns. they were trying to bring tourists one step closer to space travel. tonight we have learned the names of the two men piloting the spacecraft. the survivor is alert and talking with family and doctors. the spacecraft came apart over

tonight police are looking for a driver who hit a man on a scooter and killed him. he was riding the scooter in falls church. the car drove away but police found it later parked near the crash scene. the driver had run off. police arrested a maryland man for kidnapping thanks to a message scrolled in lipstick in an mcdonald's bathroom wall. investigators say the kent county man kidnapped his estranged wife, held her in his
