three men took part in a gangland-style shooting that wounded 13 people in the district. they are facing long sentences. this video is from march. you can see people scram bemg for cover as the shooting started. it started as a dispute between rival gangs. they pleaded guilty to shooting 13 innocent bystanders. they will spend the next two decades in jail. all of the victims survived a chilly start to the day. we have details good news. tomorrow morning temperatures will not be as cold as they were this morning. this morning lows across the area were in the 30s. tomorrow a little bit more mild. starting off with temperatures around 43 degrees in washington.

maryland plans to roll out it's revamped health web site tomorrow. it crashed last year. the state spent another $41 million to upgrade the technology. the state is going slow. you can't enroll until november 19th. the idea was to gradually roll it out over ten days preserving african-american treasures.
