suspect in the death of uva hannah graham. matthew is due in court on another case. attempted mur. he's accused of dragging a woman into a wooded area in fairfax city and assaulting her. matthew has also been charged with abduction in the disappearance of hannah graham. there is dna evidence linking the graham case and the fairfax county rape to a third case, the disappearance of virginia tech student morgan harrington. harrington disappeared after attending a rock concert at uva. she was later found dead. at this point, though, jesse matthew has not been charged in harrington's death. he is due in court to face charges here for the 2005 rape case. due in court at 9:00 this morning. live in fairfax county, megan mcgrath, news 4.

two more students have come forward saying they were inappropriately touched by a substitute teacher in montgomery county. >> do you have any comment on >> news 4's jackie benson tried to talk to that teacher, jose paneda, but he refused to comment. he was arrested in october, accused of inappropriately contacting a student at roberto clemente. the district has taken heat waiting to notify parents for three weeks. school officials sent a letter to parents saying he taught at 20 different schools last year. they're asking for any more possible victims to come forward >> and searching for clues to solve a murder in southeast. a man was shot to death last night. it happened on 37th street. police have not identified the man who was killed and don't have any information about a possible shooter. you can start signing up for health insurance through the federal health exchange this weekend. open enrollment for plans under
