break. you can see water pouring several inches deem across the road and this can be an even bigger problem overnight into the morning as temperatures hover right around freezing. right now, officers are helping to direct traffic around silver hill road shut down between brooks drive and royal plaza drive. we have a news4 crew on the scene minutes away. we'll bring you an update as soon as we can. >> video just in. two people in the hospital after being hit by a car on route one in laurel. maryland state police say it happened near the laurel lake shopping center before 10:00. the victims are expected to survive. it is not clear whether the driver will be charged. >> just into our newsroom, police are looking for a man in connection with a deadly weekend shooting in wood bridge. an arrest warrant has been issued for brian patterson. police say they've arrested another man in the case, christopr coward. investigats say 19-year-old christr weaver was shot and

kill outside his home on keating dri last weekend. they say patterson was the a 15-year-old boy was also shot and wounded that day. both shootings happened after a dispute in the neighbor. > tonight news4 has uncovered a history of allegations against a nurse charged with sexually abusing his patients in at least three local hospitals. >> the nurse's name is jared kline. he free on bond right now. jackie benson is at police headquarte. >> reporte these women were either disoriented from pain or semiconscis when the alleged place. >> did you sexually abuse those patients? >> we said no comment. >> reporte so far investigats h able to determine that 37-year-old nurse jared kline had been employed at three hospitals in the district. george washington university hospital, was hospital center and united medical central and bowie health central in maryland.

he is charged with groping and running up against female patients in three incidents in 20 zpleen this past august. public documents from the maryland board of nursing suspendi his nursing license reveal a 22-year-old patient who shot treatment for a tetanus shot reaction contacted police, suspicio kline did a chest exam during which he felt her breasts for at least 90 seconds d without wearing exam gloves. they also renksed an incident in 2013 at george washington emery room involving a patient broug in after passing out from drinking too much. investigats said after waking up, the woman sent text messages to her boyfriend about a male nurse who entered her room saying i think he made me touch him. another said, he keeps doing it. she went on to text, i want to leave. he's creepy. d.c. police held a press conferen after the court appearan where a judge released him on bond.

>> we do believe it is possible he sexually abused other patients and they may not have been aware of it or not understood what was going on. >> reporte recor show kline worked at a hospital in iowa before moving to the d.c. area. jackie bensen. news4. >> thanks. new tonight, the president of the university of virginia is responding to an article in rolling stone magazine that describes what the magazine calls a culture of rape on that campus. the article includes several stories from female students at uva. one of those students said she was gang raped at a fraternity party. she said it was difficult to find rape and assault statistics at the school. she claims a dean at uva told her, that's because, and i quote now, nobody wants to send their daughter to the rape school. that's the end of the quote. teresa sullivan is the president of the university. released a statement tonight. it says the article includes

many details that were previous not disclosed to the universi officials. i have asked the charlottesville pot to formally investige this incident and the universit will cooperate fully with the investigation. right lake effect snow. all this on top of the several feet of snow already on the ground. new york goverr andrew cuomo is in the buffalo area to monitosituation. at least seven deaths have been connecd to the snow. and interstate 90 known as the throughway is still closed tonight. many people had to be rescued after getting stranded. >> the same system is hitting e buffalo area. it is about to have big impact on our temperatures as well. doug? what's up with that? >> it is the same system making its way through the great lakes. ahead of it, we'll get a little

shamry stone just got to the scene of a water main break in suitland, maryland. >> reporte we arrived on the scene around three minutes ago. i'm standing in suitland high school's parking lot. and you look right over here. police have put up a roadblock. they are blocking drivers from coming down the street. we're at silver hill road. if you come back over this side, you see right over there at that intersecti where the traffic is piling up and folks are turning around. that's exactly where this water main is located, right over
