welcome back. an intense manhunt is over in ferguson after police say they found the man who shot and wounded two police officers during a protest last week. jay gray joins us live now from ferguson to tell us what the man is saying in his defense. >> r and investigators say it was tips from the public that led them to 20-year-old jeffrey williams who lives in the area and apparently has admitted to firing the shots. police telling us that he says he was involved in an altercation that had nothing to do with the protests and that
