daniel ros l courthouse with his wife by his side, refusing to sp reporters. in court rosen told the judge he's not guilty. police say they found at least 40 videos of adult women which appear to be taken without the women's knowle or consent on his telephone. the videos were taken from outside the women's bedrooms and bathrooms thug alley windows. so far police have been able to identify two of the victims. they're hoping more victims will come forward now. >> preliminary we have uncovered 40 separate incidents of voyeurism involving 24 victims. seven of tho victims were filmed on mthnoccasion c we believe that the film og cured over a several-month period, as m as a six-month period. >> reporr: police say the videos were taken in the mt. pleasant, u street and adams morgan neighborhoods. the 44-year-old rosen lives in mt. pleasant.

prosecutors wanted him confined to a halfway house until trial but agreed to home confinement on the condionhe's not allowed to o en on his back porch. the prosecutors said because of the number of victims and because the defendant used his neighborhood a a trolling ground for h targets. in some of the videos rosen can be seen and heard as he's watching thwo undress. rosen was released. he'll have to wear a gps monitor and stay inside his home. the judge actually did allow him to go out onto his back porch but not into his yard and not onto his balcony. now, this will somewhat impact his case in virginia. the judge said he will only be allowed to leave his home if he's either coming here to d.c. superior courtr a hearing here or over to fairfax for a court hearing there. what happenon either of these cases goes to trial, we'll just have to wait and see. reporting superior court, mark segraves, news4. back to you, wendy. >> thank you, mark. a shocking admission while
