best was the girl's pastor at the god of second chance ministry church on southern avenue. she claims he abused her three separate times since last december. we received new video where police are investigating a shooting. megan mcgrath tells us two siblings arewere fighting according to the police. one shot a gun into the air. no one was hurt. right now crew ares working to fix a 10 inch water main that broke in prince george's county. it happened on cunningham. you can see the break put backyards completely underwater there. crews turn aufd the water to about 30 homes. they say it should be fixed by sometime today. and police need your help finding a missing woman in prince george's county. 72-year-old dorothy fairweather was last seen friday night. she was wearing a blue shirt, blue pants, and no shoes. she has black hair and times

wears a red wig. if you have seen her, call the police. the regional fight against homelessness. d.c. mayor and representatives from prince george's and montgomery county will highlight current and future plans to fight home listens. it will happen today between 10:00 and noon at progress place in silver springs. it comes as we're getting a better idea of the mayor's plan to combat home listens. the washington post received a copy of the plan that was given to homeless advocates around the district. she wants the crumbling family shelter, d.c. hospital campuses replaced. the plan wants families to spend less time in shelters before they're moved to long-term housing. it's not known how much the new plan will cost. angie goff at the live desk. a vote taking place. take you live to the polls now.

harrison road in spotsylvania county. no charges have been filed. the couple's children were inside at the home at the time. they're staying with relatives. and today police are looking for a shooter who injured a man in an attempted robbery in montgomery county. it happened on pine any branch road near dale dave drive last night. it shows the clothing of the victim on the ground here. victim was walking with a friend when he was approached from behind and shot. >> we believe at this time it is random. we have a witness who is with the victim at the time, he's been able to provide some information about the suspect and what occurred. >> now the injured man was taken to the hospital and remains in critical condition this morning. joseph clancey will be in the hot seat on capitol hill. he's expected to testify at 10:00 this morning. two agents crashed into the white house barricades after

today president obama celebrates saint patrick's day. the irish prime minister will take part in the annual shamrock ceremony. tonight the president will be presented with a bowl of shamrocks marking the relationship between the u.s. and ireland. in new york city saint the oldest parade hits the street. new york's mayor bill de blasio said he will not march for the second year in a row. he didn't march last year because of the limitations on gay groups. today the first ever gay group will march under a banner. he said it's not enough. 2 million people are expected to attend the parade. police officers in philadelphia lifting a car with their bare hands. the car was blocking a funeral procession for a fallen police officer. about two dozen officers jumped into action here. they said they didn't want officer robert wilson's family to deal with any other stress. wilson was shot in the head during an armed robbery. a photographer from the philadelphia inquirer caught that moment on camera. nfl player said he's retiring after just one season in the league because he's

price information service told usa today we could see the national price for gas below $2 a gallon somewhere between may and october. gas prices usually go up that time of year. supply switch from the winter blend to the more expensive summer blend. however, the price of crude oil drops to the lowest level in march. that means big savings for you. could we really see $15 flights to europe from the u.s.? ryan air, one of europe's largest discount lines may be one step closer to making the low fares a reality. the airline's board gave the go ahead on monday for sales of transatlantic flights. some of the cities reportedly included are boston chicago, and new york. no word on whether d.c. or baltimore are on the list. however, adding these flights could take years. the airline boosted about these planes for years now. ♪ ♪

netanyahu was here essentially slam aing the u.s. policy of dealing with iran and negotiating over the nuclear program. herzog has said that is something that the u.s. can take care of. he's confident that the u.s. can come up with a deal that will work for the international partners and the international community. so depending on who wins today we could see a different approach from israel on these iran negotiations. speaking of the negotiations they're set to resume today in switzerland. they have about two weeks where they're trying to come up with an outline on how to scale down iran's nuclear program in exchange for fewer u.n. sanctions. >> tracie potts on capitol hill thank you. kurdish forces are investigating two possible chemical weapons attacks by isis. the kurds also just released this footage, which they say is of soldier suffering after another chemical weapons attack by isis last december. a kurdish general said they waited to reveal the footage out of fears of causing panic.

cunningham drive. richard jordan is live this morning. they're making operate good progress. >> reporter: they certainly are, aaron. a lot of the work is complete but the project is not over yet. take a look. there's some pavement that needs to be patched up. you can see here the pipe the 10 inch pipe. it was 75 years old. that is what burst. that's what sent water everywhere. it wasn't only the water that was flying down the street that was a problem, there were about 30 homes that had to be cut off wssc shut off the water while they repaired the pipes. they were able to bring in a new pipe and lay it down. they finished laying over the pavement to cover up the road that was broken here because of the water main. it wasn't only the water that was here on the street that was a problem, there were also a few homes that had some damage. some relatively mirren damage about four or five homes had water that creeped into the basement there. that counted for about four to six inches of water that flooded the basement part of the homes
