to find out the name of a woman who died in a crash in fairfax county county. three cars collided on lee chapel road in burke. at least one car was totaled and ended up in the woods. three other people were hurt but we're told they will be okay. we're working to learn how a woman managed to get on to the runway at the frederick municipal airport. frederick police say they arrested lori katz yesterday afternoon after she was caught walking down the runway. air traffic controllers say she prevented planes from taking off and landing. katz was arrested for trespassing. no would ordinary whyrd on why she was on the runway. mayor bowser expected to announce plans to create more affordable housing and new jobs. this is part of an event designed to bring together small business owners community members and developers. we're just one day away from the first state of the district address. the theme is pathways to the middle class.

case. we're working to find out the name of the man stabbed to death in prince george's county. police say the man was found dead in a hallway inside an apartment building in langley park. no word on a suspect. that part of the county has seen its share of gang related violence this month. police recently arrested three middle school kids for be stabbing a teen to death. four teens facing felony charges for allegedly attacking a spotsylvania county deputy. the teens were trying to break into a basketball tournament on saturday. deputy confronted them the group attacked him. vietnam veterans in maryland are wake up to long delayed appreciation. governor hogan is set to sign a bill making today welcome home vietnam veterans day. the bill recognizes the service and sacrifice of maryland's vietnam veterans. there are restrictions on the gifts lobbyists give. governor mcauliffe says all

4:39. prosecutors are expected to rest their case today in the boston bombing trial. dzhokhar tsarnaev attorneys will begin their defense. their strategy is designed to spare him the death penalty. they will argue his older brother tamerlan was the mastermind and dzhokhar was just following his lead. the teams investigating a gas explosion in morning city say they can now focus on finding out what happened. that explosion leveled tree buildings downtown last thursday

northeast. a man who lives in the house described what he banging on the door and i could see smoke. was able to save one his elderly neighbors. a man died and a woman suffered serious injuries. firefighters say they had to deal with extreme hoarding conditions. right now negotiators in switzerland will meeting over iran's nuclear program. they have less than 48 hours to announce whether they have a framework for a deal. tracie potts here with a look at what all sides are saying on this. >> reporter: so the "new york times" is reporting this morning that iran has backed off what they describe as a critical part of this deal agreeing to ship nuclear fuel to russia outside of their own borders. that had been on the table and now iran is saying no they won't do that. just a few moments ago we

learned the state department is pushing back a little bit saying that that was never fully decided and that there are options and that this deal can be done without that issue being decided in favor of the united states. so bottom line we are less than 48 hours away and it sounds like there is still critical issues that they have to work through to try to get this done by midnight. u.s. officials agreed there are critical issues that remain unresolved and of course the backdrop of all this is while the u.s. and iran are shaking hands and negotiating in switzerland, they are on opposite sides of the war exceptionally brewing in yemen right now. iran is backing the rebels there. on the other hand united states is providing intelligence to the saudis. those air campaigns continue this morning. >> tracie potts on the hill. thank you. republicans in virginia are slamming the state bar's decision to cancel a trip to israel. the speaker of the virginia house of delegates called on the bar to reconsider. republican speaker william
