kyjuan day, and he had a 3-year-old little girl he simply adored. police are fryingtrying to figure out what happened and who was involved. >> reporter: a black honda towed from the scene of a violent home invasion in the reston area of fairfax county that left a man dead. police say five men burst into the condo on stoneview square before 3:00 in the afternoon. they got into a disagreement with the people inside. one man was shot and killed. two relatives told news 4 the man who was killed was 24-year-old rasha d-day. a second man was wounded. >> we have recovered weapons at the scene. we believe initially are involved in this particular crime. >> police placed evidence markers outside the building and took pictures on the upper level. they say the home invasion was not random. >> do believe that the people in the home were acquainted with and some level, the people who

entered the home. >> police initially believe two men ran from the condo after the shooting. detectives interview a number of people who pay be connected to the case. they're trying to figure out the motive for the home invasion and shooting. >> i'm not sure what time it was. but i heard a gunshot. >> this neighbor did not want to identified. quiet. a lot of kids. afternoon. kids running around. peaceful. none of this has ever happened before. >> now, it is unclear whether there are still suspects on the loose. and police are interviewing people in connection with this case. no arrests have been made. chris back to you. >> developing news out of hawaii. an osprey crash during a routine flight. 22 marines on board the tilt rotor aircraft. one died. other 21 take tine hospitals for treatment. the cause of the crash is still under investigation. >> now to the shootout in texas.

rival outlaw biker gangs came to a bar in wacco to work out their differences. but a fist fight turned into a brawl and that turned into an all-out battle with people shooting at each other. our report -- nine bikers did not make it out alive. >> reporter: what one officer called absolute chaos started inside a restaurant whereas many of 200 members of what police call criminal outlaw biker gangs gathered at high noon. it went from the bathroom to the bar and out into the parking lot where gunfire erupted. police who expected at least five biker gangs to converge here had a tactical unit in place. when they were shot at shot back. >> there are dead people still there. there is blood everywhere. >> reporter: officers from several agencies converged. no police were injured. no bystanders. police confiscated more than 50

victims and suspect live. >> one lead associated with an earlier break-in that occurred on ridge drive, the street where the vallardos lived. one month earlier. >> police say he tried to pawn stolen goods from the burglary at a different home. the other lead stems from a burglary 17 years ago when a teenaged scott tomazewsky was house sitting for the victims. >> he was not a suspect. he had information. >> he was arrested in alaska saturday while there on a cruise. police believe they were killed after midnight on murts'sother's day. >> they left for their cruise to travel cross-country very early morning hours on mother's day. >> police say searches revealed evidence linking him to the murders, including bloodstained money in his wallet. >> to think some one down the road could do something horrific.

running through a parking lot. it looks as if he stole the couple's blue porsche. the couple live near the naval observatory and not far from the vice president's residence. i have been in office just over 120 days. and i am just excited every day about what's before us. >> fox news sunday today selected d.c. mayor muriel bowser as power player of the week. she talked how the district is improving. but complained congressional interference can make running the city that much harder. >> in just a few hours, amtrak trains will start taking passengers between philadelphia and new york again. amtrak's president says the system is safer than it was before that deadly derailment. amtrak says it installed new technology that will monitor and correct train speeds in the northeast corridor and they posted new speed limit signs as well. eight passengers died. 200 hurt when an amtrak train from d.c. to new york flew off the tracks in philadelphia.

the burglars cut the power. peeking out from his bedroom. he saw one of them trying to unplug his computer and a second guy, carrying his tv. >> the only thing, really running through my mind is like just how, how do i get out of this? >> he doesn't want us to use his name. he told darcy spencer the only thing he could thing of was asking them to leave. i said i know that you are here. get out. take whatever you want. just leave. >> weird thing is they did. he locked the door. but second later the burglars came back to ask him for the bag they left behind? >> i opened the door. threw it out. and they left. >> an off-duty officer at a nearby giant noticed something suspicious and called it in. one officer captured a burglar. and got his tv back. the police and investigators were helpful. now when we are seeing so many sort of negative stories, i you know this really stand out.
