of a service weapon with an officer using excessive force. >> we see more videos of questionable police behavior. what kind of impact do your listeners think of the way police carry out their jobs? they know everybody is walking around with a cell phone? >> telling me that the video provides some real strong evidence of police overdoing it in many case and it has people questioning whether this is kind of maybe a reality tv kind of syndrome, where people are -- officers may be -- maybe know that phones are around not aware of them perhaps being taped but their actions are being caught on camera nonetheless and it's showing some really harsh situations. they tell me also the mckinney situation is interesting because the person who recorded the incident was 15 years old a young white male who said at the time, he didn't feel like he was threatened by the police in the area at that time because that officer was targeting african-americans. so, people are saying is there some kind of bias? if there is maybe there needs to be a different type of training for police officers. >> but now, others say
