line. the deadliest accident in history. again, the federal transportation report will be outlined at 10:00 this morning and we'll keep you posted. back to you. metro says it will take a month to get all of its 4,000 series railcars back in operation. engineers checked all 100 cars taken out of service and found no evidence of a safety hazard but some door components were at the low level of metro standards. they'll make adjusts and get those cars gradually back on track. the agency took the cars off because the doors on the train came open. check out this new video. police want to question three mean in connection with a shooting in the district. they're calling these people persons of interest. investigators say someone shot a 16-year-old boy moments after he stepped off a bus near 28th and maylor just an midnight tuesday. if you recognize the men in the picture, call d.c. police.

police are trying to figure out who shot a young man at the huntington center in bowie. the man was shot everything times around 6:30 last night. medics rushed him to the perform where doctors performed surgery on him. investigators are trying to figure out if the shooting is connected to the a deadly shooting that happened two blocks away earlier this morning. breaking news in the world cup soccer scandal. the attorney now in switzerland said banks have noted 53 possible money laundering incidents. the attorney general said interviewing the president sepp blatter and the secretary-general is possible. they announced their investigation into fifa three weeks ago. he calls the case huge and complex. now the attorney general has not laid out a time line for the case surrounding criminal mismanagement and money laundering in bids for the world cup games. >> megan thank you.

it's 5:06 now, we could find out what's next for the budget battle in prince george's county. the county executives overrode the veto. the override avoids a 15.6% increase next year. baker hinted the next step could be a court battle. franklin says quote the prospect of suing the council would be self-destructive, self-defeating and irresponsible. job cuts including in montgomery county newly approved budgets for next year. last night, officials voted unanimously to pass a $2.32 billion operating budget. it eliminates 380 positions. and the plan cuts textbook funding. and delays the technology rolled out that provides classrooms with chrome book laptops. officials hope the cuts will help close a funding gap.

hit by a d.c. street sweeper. the 73-year-old man died while cleaning the roadway near clay place and 40th street northeast. he was hit around 10:30 and later died at the hospital. the street sweeper stayed on the scene after the accident. no charges have been filed. in the day ahead, top republican congressional leaders plan to talk about what to do if the supreme court strikes down some federal subsidies under the president's health care law. they plan to meet with members of their caucus. some aides are working towards an agreement to temporarily continue some aid to millions now receiving subsidies. the supreme court will hand down its decision later this month. also today a house committee will look into regulating drones. the federal aviation administrator michael whitaker is one of those who will testify this morning.

teenagers with good memories may have more control over their sexual behavior. new research from the university of oregon found a link between the two. a child's working memory is part of the memory that makes and plans decisions. the research shows teens with a weaker working memory at the age of 12 have larger sexual impulses. the lack of control brings a greater risk of early and unprotected sex. well dozens of people showed up to help fight breast cancer. the d.c. news women came together in the area for the annual news bash to fight cancer. this time, the venue was at the warner building in downtown washington. and we raised money for the prevent cancer foundation, specifically, a part of that organization, is a program that helps the hispanic community, hispanic women who are battling breast cancer who often don't have the access to proper care and treatment. so a terrific cause. we will always appreciate the number of people who come out to support this cause. thank you.

trinidad neighborhood. when officers arrived they found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. medics took him to the hospital where he died. an immigration attorney is now advising a man accused of four murders in d.c. investigators say daron wint killed three members of a family and a housekeeper. >> the supreme court ruled that it is ineffective counsel for us not to advise him during the entire course of his trial on the consequences that he would face as a nonu.s. citizen. >> wint is a permanent resident, but not a u.s. citizen so he could be deported if he's released. he'll be in court again next month. lawyers for a man accused of murdering a university of virginia student want a new judge. those lawyers for jesse matthew filed a motion asking judge cheryl higgins to recuse herself. according to this motion, higgins has a daughter who say second year at uva and attended

a vigil for hannah graham. investigators say higgins reviewed dozens of search warrants in this case. the manager for both the st. louis cardinals and the astros, they're looking into allegations that the cardinals front office hacked proprietary information on secure databases used by the astros. a former cardinals executive is now the general manager in houston. the stolen information includes scouting reports, trade discussions and player stats. both teams and major league baseball say they're cooperating with the investigations. obviously, any allegation like this no matter how serious it turns out to be is of great concern to us. but it is just too early to speculate on what the facts are going to turn out to be. what action, if any is necessary. >> officials believe this is the first known case of a

whether to file charges against an officer. a man died after he was tased by an officer. the freelance star reports that the commonwealth's attorney office is reviewing the evidence here. 30-year-old domenic wise died after he was tased and taken into custody. an autopsy determined that wise's death was an accident. the medical examiner also said the electric shock from the taser played a role. it happens back in march. 5:47. new details this morning. another courtroom showdown is looming over the battle for sweet briar college's closure. the president and board must get a court blessing to close the college. this was written in a will when the college was colleaguege was created over 100 years ago. imagine seeing your stolen bike for sale on craigslist.

the fire chief at one point forced to sound an alarm to pull firefighters out of the building. take a look at the picture here. you can see the huge hole in the roof of this building. that instability initially is why firefighters were pulled back, before they were able to get the flames out here. news4 molette green is live on the scene there. she joins us with an update on the situation there, molette. >> reporter: yes. behind me are the firefighters still battling the blaze at tucker's bar and lounge. i'll step out of the way to see. it took firefighters actually time to get to the fire when they got to the call at 4:00 a.m. this morning because the fire was deep inside the roof of this building. this restaurant is a staple in this country. and the bulk of the fire confined to the restaurant and lounge. there's also a liquor store that's part of this
