happened. i'm tracking the storms and the cool weather. first at 4:00 two bodies found in two fairfax county neighborhoods just a few hours apart. police swarmed a normally quiet community. trying to identify the victim. i'm darcy spencer. police were called to an area right here next to the garage early this morning. from what we're being told right now, the body of a woman was found. they are investigating to see what the circumstances are they are calling it a suspicious

death investigation. we are working to get additional details. you're going to hear from people who live in the building right next to that parking garage and what one man saw this morning that made him very concerned. that wasn't the only body found in fairfax county. another one diskofrcovered near mt vernon. the remains have been taken in for an autopsy. >> the judge just last week released the the murder defendant. . the right information available to him last wednesday when he ordered the defendant released to home detention.

the man is 21 years old and has been charged with felony destruction of property. the suspects apparently got into an argument and then ransacked the place. he was servicing an elevator. this happened at the high court this morning and fire officials say that worker was take on the a hospital in critical condition. investigators say 30 men now face charges after the new enforcement operation that started tuesday. if officers believed the driver picked up a prosecute. >> and right now prince william county police need help finding this missing man. the last time anyone saw him he

some areas getting thunderstorms right now. we have had breaks in the cloud cover i think we will stay under this threat of seeing scattered thunderstorms up until around 5:00, 6:00, 7:00 for some of the areas way down through the northern neck of maryland. now seeing some of the heaviest rain and lightning. once this front moves through we are really going to start clearing out. all with a green light this evening. roads drying out. it's going to stay a lot better. even a little on the breezy side.

a construction worker pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter for his part in a building collapse that killed six people. the man was operating an excavator when the vibrations caused a four story brick wall to collapse. prosecutors say he was on drugs at the time but his attorney says he cries every night for those victims. he will be sentenced in october. big changes are on the way for frequent fliers. the number of miles you will need to get a free flight will depend on a variety of factors.

he went behind the counter and tried to wrap the clerk, strangling her. she was able to fight herself free and sound the alarm. police captured the man and he was sentenced to prison. this is not the first time he has been in trouble with the law for violent offenses and prosecutors and a judge are worried about what may happen when he gets out this time. i will tell you why it's unlikely that he will get the treatment that he needs. news 4. a woman's death has been ruled a suicide but detectives are treating it as a murder investigation. the video that could shed new light on a mysterious jail cell death. there was a fire at this townhouse but it was not ordinary house fire. wait until you hear this story.
