wall street's rally falls flat. we will have a live report in moments. >> and a man who jumped the white house fence in march is dead after a confrontation today at a suburban philadelphia courthouse. police say he ran inside a courthouse with a knife and attacked a deputy. another deputy shot him. investigators are not sure why smith was at the courthouse. but first at four, a big change of plans for bus service in the district. >> metro decided to lift its detours in the neighborhood. that nightly route change came about after a shooting friday on which someone on a bus was hit. here is the big change. >> it was just within the last hour that metro transit police said that they were reversing that decision and lifting the detour. many were outrages that metro

would cut off nighttime service in their neighborhood. instead police are going to place a cruiser in the neighborhood around the clock. that detour went into effect saturday night. police say it was a temporary detour because of several security related incidents including a shooting that happened friday night where a man that was simply sitting on a bus was hit by gunfire. they are angry that bus service was scaled back. many would have to walk a mile and a half to get to the closest metro station. earlier today, pat collins was able to speak to bowser about this detour and she inld kated that she did not know this was going to happen. >> what does that say about the violence in the city? >> they have been talking about that for years.

it shattered the peace of a sunday afternoon in a prince georges county neighborhood, a woman accused of running her husband over with her car. as tracy wilkins reports, now she's charged with murder. >> we're now learning more details about the wife who is accused of hitting her husband with her vehicle. you can still see the track as she went on to the curve and into the tree. she struck the tree with so much force that pieces of her vehicle are still there. this was the scene on sunday. the suspect is 37-year-old mendoza.

her husband was 36-year-old. they both had been married for six years and lived in the 9400 block. the wife admitted to striking her husband with the vehicle. we're told that the two had been arguing that morning before this all happened. we hear from the state's attorneys office and why they decided to charge this woman with first and second degree murder. news 4. plus are looking for a man. police say a woman was walking alo along saturday morning. he asked in spanish if she needed a ride. that's when he pulled up again and exposed himself. >> lawsuits against ashley madison starting to pour in. at least five potential class action suits have been filed this week against the cheat on your spouse website. all allege breach of contract,

french prosecutors say that the smt watched jihadist videos on the train just before he pulled out his weapon. authorities have formally opened a terror investigation. >> french investigators formally charged the gunman who boarded a train bound for france on friday trying to carry out what investigators believe to be a terror attack. a lot more details were revealed about the attack and attacker. the man specifically targeted that train. he paid $150 for a first class ticket. when he boarded he watched on the train some kind of jihad video calling the faithful to take up arms and came out of the bathroom with nine cartridges full of ammunition. he had a hammer and a bottle full of gasoline. all of that could have caused what investigators say could
