opening of the center for about a year. there were concerns the concrete would not be able to support the massive amounts of bus trachlkt officials say it's ready now after rebuilding and reinforcements. >> there will be a ribbon cutting ceremony at city hall in fairfax, the city f fairfax. the north virginia transportation authority paid for it. we are following a developing story out of selma, alabama, this morning. three people are recovering after a church shooting. a man is charged after killing his girlfriend, a baby, and the pastor inside the church. this was a domestic incident. he was arrested less than a mile away from the scene this morning. he's being held without bond.

two americans held in yemen for months have arooived home. the u.n. ambassador was there to greet them after their release. darmon was working for his company and the other was taken back in march. 34-year-old david brewer died during the ride to conquer cancer. police say the suv hit him when he crossed the yellow line. president obama issued a statement saying brewer was armed with a blliant mind and a big heart. brewer's wife is a prominent conservative journalist and blogger. she's pregnant with their second child. nbc 4 was a partner in the ride to conquer cancer.

her body was found washed up in a trash bag on the beach. >> i believe everything she told me. if she told me michael mccarthy killed bella, i believe she did. he had never returned to boson and was hoping to return to connect to her. fairfax officials say a woman fell from the rocks in a run. she fell about 40 feet. the fire department said she was awake and talking after the incident. they put her in a rescue basket and used a u.s. park helicopter to get her to the hospital. one other person went to the hospital but not seriously hurt. folvolkswagen is stopping t

derrick? >> reporter: good morning. this actually happened around 12:20 last night. we have some video. this happened on the northbound csx tracks as they crossed sunny side avenue. as you said, it's north of that greenbelt rail yard. we don't know the identity of the victim or how that person came to be on the tracks. we do know the train was 57 cars lodge and two locomotives. it was going between tampa and new york carrying food products. just about a half hour ago they reopened this railroad crossing and we have seen traffic going through here. the good thing is there are two lines through here. i talked to a csx official who said ideally the mark trains can use one of the alternate tracks here. we believe it's a train involved in this. we have seen train traffic come through here. we don't know what that means
