though. this morning people there under threats of flooding in south carolina for the next 48 hours. aaron. >> kristin, thank you. three members of the civil air patrol in maryland are in south carolina right now. the volunteers are helping emergency responders by flying over flooded areas. they then take pictures to show affected areas in real time. the air patrol members are in south carolina in columbia right now, one of the hardest hit parts of that state. today a house subcommittee will hear testimony in the volkswagen scandal. two representatives from the environmental protection agency will be there as well. volkswagen faces major fallout after researchers discovered that some of its cars had technology which allowed them to evade emissions tests. the committee hearing will discover what the deception means for consumers. a construction site left

students head back to school today in culpeper county after students with a gun caused a lockdown. three culpeper schools were locked down yesterday after a 15-year-old freshman flashed a pellet gun. this happened on a school bus yesterday morning. a student also made threats. one student told "news4" it created confusion and fear. >> girls in my class were saying they were scared and afraid. people were texting each other and texting their parents and talking about were they going to die and stuff like that. it was pretty intense, pretty scary. >> now, the 15-year-old student was taken into custody yesterday, but he's not been identified. there's no word from police if he'll face any charges. developments this morning in cision 2016. hillary clinton makes her first policy change since her role as secretary of state. this as donald trump and marco rubio campaign in nevada.
