witnesses to this incident and bring justice for their son. any with information about this incident or may know who that driver was, you are asked to call montgomery county police. we are live in germantown, darcy spencer, news4. he rushed toward a suicide bomber and risked his life to save others. he will receive the medal of honor. captain florent groberg went to walter high school and the university of maryland and he was escorting u.n. and afghan service members when a bomber came up and he rushed the bomber to get him away from the group. the bomber fell and his vest blew up and groberg lost part of his leg and suffered traumatic brain injury. four people were killed but 30 others survived because of his acti actions. he will receive the meadal of honor on november 12th at the

clear skies, but the jet stream moving right on down, that will allow another area of low pressure to come on down and allow the cold air to go all the way to the carolinas. it will be in the 50s not just here but to the raleigh area. temperatures cold, 54 degrees in d.c., 44 in winchester and 45 in manassas, and 46 in gaithersburg. some areas are already there. i don't think we will go too much lower. a little bit of a breeze. 7 to 8:00 a.m., temperature around 53 degrees for the bus stop tomorrow. if you needed it this morning you may need it. tomorrow afternoon, no problem, take it off, put it in the backpack. temperatures mild, 67 degrees during the afternoon. same thing on friday, really the same forecast for the most part. the impact you will be seeing from weather is on the low side.
