believe it was premeditated. he killed one and hurt two others during a fraternity fight. he attended broad neck high school in annapolis. the accused shooter was originally charged with first-degree murder. he told police he shot the other students after they hit him in the face and chased him. there is a hearing in this case next week. there's the wheel broken beyond repair. that's what happens when you get run over by a car on a bike. that was eddie alvarez. he said somebody ran him over while he was riding his bike to school. he said he was in the cross walk and had the right-of-way when he was hit by a woman driving a white minivan. >> they should always be patient, vigilant, and not rush. nothing's that important to run a kid over. >> he's walking with crutches

and wearing a cast and splint on his sprained ankle. his dad wants more controls and cameras. today the prosecutors will get back to work on building their case against charles severance. he's charged with murderering three people over ten years. they have been working backward kron logically. yesterday they focused on ron kirby. a plumber testified he saw a man who looked like severance a few blocks from the house. so far there's no dna or fingerprints to charge him with two. linda wallace is scheduled to appear in federal court for a plea hearing this afternoon. she also goes by the name of lynn miller. prosecutors say she wrote fake

checks from virginia senate minority's campaign account. it is another busy day for the democratic front-runners in the race for hillary clinton picking up a big union endorsement. clinton is also speaking to the u.s. chamber of commerce in texas. you'll be able to see bernie sanders on the ellen degeneres show. we're still waiting to hear from joe biden on whether he's join the race. there is a meeting tonight on converting i-66 into toll lanes. vdot is hearing that meeting to hear your concerns about this plan. it starts at 7:30 tonight at farmwell station middle school at ashburn. the proposed plans will turn the lanes on i-66 between rosslyn

>> there was no mold, no rats. the kids had air conditioning when it was hot and heat when it was cold. dozens of local high schoolers may have to retake the a.c.t. after their answer sheets were lost in the mail. about 88 students are affected by this problem. they took the test at southern high school last month. a.c.t. officials say they have automatically been registered to retake that test for free next weekend. a new pilot program aims to raise student achievement in math skills and to help prepare kids for college. it is a 20-week program at high point high school in beltsville and it begins this saturday. a church in the district says proposed bine lane could hurt church in attendance. they claim a new policy is an
