good argument he should have been in jail at the time the attack occurred here in the east hill area. >> it has a lot of people on edge and a lot of people angry. >> reporter: we're not identi identifying him because he's not yet charged in the district. a search of d.c. court records indicates the man identified by multiple sources as the suspect in the brutal attack october 13th on a street in the capitol hill east neighborhood appears to have been on what's called supervised probation at the time. it stems from a july 2013 arrest for armed robbery. records show the suspect then 19 was offered a plea bargain under what's known as the youth rehabilitation act. he was sentenced to two years confinement and three years supervised probation. two weeks before the rape on a street occurred records show he was arrested in a second floor bathroom at the mlk library downtown. inside his book bag officers found drugs literary described

bond and we understand d.c. officials have also requested a hold on him. live in southeast washington, jackie bensen, news4. a virginia man is in jail tonight for a case of revenge porn involving a university of mary washington student. he was vaesed for unlawful dissemination or sale of images of another person. mary washington student says photos of her taken during a past relationship were shared without her consent on social media. those pictures were posted sunday and monday. he is not a student and lives in hen r henrico county. meanwhile, the pentagon suspends the program at the center of the run away blimp saga and won't renew it until they figure out how and why this blimp broke free. this incident out of the proving grounds in maryland, the so-called system was supposed to protect missiles and the d.c.
