nullized. people at school are naming him isis. the prince georges county school chief wants more money. this year he is asking for more. he proposed a $2 billion budget to the county school board to the state of the school's address last night, and he wants smaller class sizes for kindergarten through second grade and expand specialized programs and raising teachers' salaries. a second man in custody accused of the murder of the recent grad. he was hit by a stray bullet by the shaw metro station in august. dudley was arrested yesterday and is charged with second-degree murder. police named him days after the shooting, and marcus king also charged in that murder.

4:40 your time now and human error may be to blame for a commuter train that took off without a driver. employees quickly realized that six-car train was going without a driver and they turned off the power. none of the passengers were hurt but the train operator was hit. he's a 28-year veteran. he's expected to recover. an awful stench led to dozens of snakes. 66 to be exact. they came in all different sizes. get this one. one over 10 feet long. >> why?

hey, tracie. >> we've got a couple of polls. they're giving us a mixed bag and how they support him and what they think of his new ideas. overall 57% of americans oppose this ban. 25% agree and they it's a good idea. for a poll of this size, large percentage remains undecided, which is 15% for this type of poll. do people find him insulting? a plurality said yes. a quarter think he's bringing up important issues and less think he's got the right approach. he's got 35% higher support than ted cruz. in our nbc poll it was 2-1. the bottom line is while people
