virginia is promising some big changes to make your travels safer. vdot is going replace the guardrail heading where the impact could be most severe. thestry's system passed all federal tests this year. virginia didn't think those tests were sufficient and paid for its own. trinity passed most of those, too, but they did report problems when a car hit a guardrail at a specific angle. we hear this morning there will be a quick hearing. the trial judge has not set a trial for this date. darryn went killed a family and their made before he set the fire. went is the only person charged. officer arer this baldwin was found shot multiple times in

southwest on tuesday. baldwin was not armed and had been on administrative leave after being accused of breaking into his girl freshld's house in the spring. police don't believe the shooting has anything to do with those allegations. they're still looking for three teens in their teens or early 20s. this morning bernie sanders could pick up one of his biggest endorsements next. sources tell nbc news the communication workers will throw its support behind the presidential candidate. they represent about 700,000 american workers. senate lawmakers are looking into whether ted cruz revealed classified information during tuesday's debate. if it did it happened with marco rubio. they were arguing over privacy rights in the recent terrorism attacks. >> the old program covered 30%. the new program covers nearly

standoff in tennessee is over. the suspected gunman finally captured within the past hour. it did get tense. a sheriff's deputy was shot. it wasn't serious. a woman in the neighborhood where this all wenl down last night got shot, too, in the hand. police got a call for an intoxicated man threatening people and waving a gun. he barricaded himself in the
