weekends may have led up to a shooting near the exit of the mall's parking claj on 15th street. a man had trouble using his credit card and asked the driver to back up when they exchanged words and the second driver fired a shot into the air and sped off. police spotted the suspect's car and chased him into d.c. taking two men into custody. police recovered a gun that was thrown during the chase. they are still looking for the driver who was stuck at the gate. >> new video to show you of an assault with a sheriff's deputy. last month they said john gregory was found guilty of civil assault and fined. now he is appealing. the man you see in this video from the back of the cruiser. he was arrested for public intoxication and acquitted. here's the incident that got him
