charged. the comedian walked gingerly using a cane and said nothing. he posted a $1 million bond and processed mugshot and all at the local police station. crosby is accused of three felony counts of aggravated indecent assault dating back to an incident in 2004 when prosecutors say former temple university employee andrea went to his house to discuss her career. >> mr. cosby urged her to take pills and drink wine which rendered her unable to move or respond to his advances, and he committed aggravated indecent assault upon her. >> constand filed a criminal complaint but the prosecutor at the time said there was not enough evidence to charge. a year later, she filed a civil suit, revealing 13 more alleged victims. one of them, barbara bowman spoke with nbc's kate snow.

threats were made in new york and d.c. the threat is based on a single court but they are taking it seriously and the fbi is boo boosting the number of staff around command centers around the country. we're hearing a call for help from a teenager lost during the night in single digit temperature. 14-year-old braden nelson got separated as they were duck hunting. the two tried to find each other by talking on their phones. braden started getting d disoriented. the friend called 911 and the dispatcher called braden directly. >> tell me what you see around you? >> i see snow and branches. >> do you still see the deputy's truck still? >> yeah. but his back bumper is facing my way. i'm blinking my flashlight and none of them are looking at it. i don't feel good.

i feel like i'm going to pass out. >> braden's phone died in the middle of that 911 call and resc rescuers didn't find him until the next morning. he was treated for hypothermia and back at home recovered now. new at 11:00, a drunk driver gets caught by posting his joyride on facebook. ohio police say dustin put a video of himself on facebook that showed him drinking while he was driving. one of his friends saw the video and called the cops. police then used the facebook video to identify his suv and found him still on the road. dashcam video shows officers arresting him struggling to get him to put down his cigarette and then pulled a bottle of liquor from his suv. this is not the first time he has been arrested for drunk dri driving. back home. police in prince george's county are trying to figure out what happened to a man arrend an suv.

it happened at capitol street. police believe the driver may have crossed the double yellow line before he hit 55-year-old ricky clayton and clayton was taken to the hospital where he died a couple days later. police released this video showing an armed robbery at a convenience store on naylor road southeast. these three people walked into the store and one jumps over the counter and starts grabbing cash out of the register. one of the suspects had a gun. they got away with the cash and the two employees in the store were not hurt. a family in northern virginia has been cut off from the rest of their neighborhood because messy road work has dragged on for month. the streets connecting this family's driveway on fallen lane in vienna are all blocked off now. the only way to get to their home, a muddy road often blocked with construction trucks.
