iranian shiite cleric yesterday. iranian protesters then rushed the saudi embassy in tehran. >> shooting and killing a lot of people. god touched his heart. >> a north carolina pastor talk as gunman down. pastor larry wright was in the middle of aer sermon when a ma walked into his church and said he had come to do some terrible things. the pastor asked him to hand over his rifle and began praying. the man joined them and began to cry. he stayed through the service and waited for police. he's not being tried at this moment and is being treated at a mental health facility. a california health services center is expected to reopen weeks after a mass shooting in san bernardino. two buildings are expected to welcome back staff today. the third which was the actual site of the shooting was closed indefinitely.

a memorial service will be held to honor the victims. 14 people died in that shooting and more than 20 were wounded. right now a manhunt for two women who attacked an air base innd ya. the air base is secured but they do have it cornered. i tried to damage the country's relations with pakistan. seven indian soldiers and four of the gunmen were attacked. what was supposed to be an organized ride on the beltway in maryland last week is still causing controversial problem this morning. bike life is defending what happened. the suitland based company posted on instagram there was no plan to disrupt traffic. they're receiving backlash from last month's beltway ride. they wanted to enjoy the unseasonably warm weather. the d.c. police received complaints but the bikers were

gone by the time they arrived. tomczak really lowe told the "washington post" the school received a threat every o'day during the school year. that adds up to 100 threats every year. zack really lowe says the threats come from social media sites like facebook, instagram. he said the schools work closely with police to investigate every threat. today d.c. mayor muriel bowser will hold a safer stronger d.c. tour. the mayor is pushing hard a legislative package. it includes more police on d.c. streets. the mayor will start the tour today by visiting the didn't of forensic sciences at george washington university. she'll also meet with small business owners about the importance of security cameras to combat crime. today the d.c. council and church of scientology will face

the so-called affluenza teen. ethan couch could spend the next few months in mexico after his lawyers blocked his extradition to the u.s. couch and his mother fled to mexico after a video surfaced that appears to show the 18 at a party where there was drinking. if couch was drinking, it would be a violation of his probation. he killed four people after driving drunk in 2014 and killing four people and was sentenced to probation. lawyers argue growing up rich affected his judgment. his mother is waiting to face charges. fanduel and draftkings will be in a new york courtroom today. they're asking an appeals panel to allow them to keep operating while they fight the order to shut down there. new york's attorney general says he considers the sites illegal gambling and ordered them to
