of his mother. he was in a standoff for over ten hours. chris fehr bartlett was making a drug and caused an explosion. that was in july. he pleaded guilty in august. bartley will be sentenced today. four people are recovering this morning after one crash led to another. this was on the inner loop of the beltway. it happened the other night during the evening rush hour. firefighters had blocked the lane for a crash between connecticut and georgia avenues when another car slammed into a fire truck. that car flipped over. the drive over that car remains in serious condition. right now district and federal authorities are going after a group of repeat offenders response for an increase in robberies. he announced a robbery task force. it will identify patterns in robberies like the one in the northeast this past weekend. four armed suspects robbed a

lots of clouds around the d.c. area. more sun the farther west you live and travel. there's all the clouds. the clouds bouncing off. 24-hour temperature change. in d.c. rngs we're 15 to 20 degrees warmer now than yesterday, whereas out in the shenandoah valley valley, not much dichs. how cold is it? 19 winchester, 17 in martinsburg, 38 in st. mary's county. 35 by the bay and annapolis. hourly temperatures, teens and 20s out to the west. temperatures in the low to mid-30s for the next couple of hours and climbing only into the low 40s today. i don't think we're going get much sunshine from i-59 eastbound, but you'll get at least some sunshine. highs today will be warmer in the shenandoah valley because of a little extra sunshine and coldest by the bay. very little in the way where sun will occur. not much of a rain threat. couldn't rule out a random sprinkle or two.
