the wizards have a little bit of a streak going right now. can they continue winning? that's the question. chris miles joins us from the csn studios with more on tonight's big game. hi, chris. >> hi, ladies. dear een a doreen and wendy, they've also won three in a row, but they like to continue their ascension up the eastern conference ranks tonight against indiana. back in november the wizards took a double digit loss to the pacers and that was before john wall earned the eastern conference player of the month honors and the key for the wizards tonight, stop paul george. in that loss back in november

the pacers star scored 40 points against washington. >> they really shot it well. it was a game that sometimes you have to take your hat off. c.j. miles and paul george really lit us up from the three-point line and we've got to do a better job of that, obviously and take those type of plays away. >> as for the caps, the spotlight was on yevgeny following a 2-1 performance in washington's 4-1 win and flying slightly under the radar. he earned his 28th win of the season and tops in the nhl and moved into the second place to the kaps all-time wins list and the last two starts and they could tie jose theodore's record saturday in buffalo. i enjoy winning. i enjoy trying to get the best chance we can to win and that's

what my goal is every day. every day it's a different thing and it's a different loss and you adapt accordingly. like the wizards, george washington is in the midwest for a conference game against the dayton flyers. tip-off is at 7:00. the term were in the midwest and their trip did not go as plan d planned. michigan snapped the nine-game winning streak with a three-point game wednesday night. they only scored two points and a loss and there will be a difficult task for the point guard and the entire team to bounce back in the noon tip-off against ohio state on saturday and the terps have lost to the buckeyes two years in a row. >> right now the execution has to get better and the half-court offense has to get better and the defense has to get better and hopefully that will show tomorrow. >> every game we come out with a must-win and after a loss it's definitely a must-win. we talk about that and we need to get this game and the track

record at ohio state has aren't been good and we're hoping to turn that around. >> they've won six of the last seven and the next two games might be the biggest test of the season and georgetown will play sixth ranked villanova and seventh ranked xavier they were the last team to beat villanova. rebeating the feat won't be easy and it's a need to polish up the ncaa resume. >> i don't think that that adds anything. with a game like this this conference play, i don't think as a coach, sometimes you have to go looking for things to pump your team up and add incentives and i don't think we're added for this game and it's a big game and georgetown, villanova and so we're ready. >> arbitration is just starting and the nationals have settled with their big-time players and the deadline was 1:00 p.m. today for players and teams to exchange salary figures and
