first responders rescued him from a frozen pond at the height of our blizzard. milo fell through the ice while his family was out tubing in the snow. within minutes, he was out and into a warm ambulance. >> tonight, the world health organization is trying to declare an international health emergency over the mosquito-born zica virus. a few dozen cases had popped up in the u.s. the virus seems to be most dangerous for pregnant women.
