the family from alabama is suing disney's animal kingdom. they say a snake dropped from a tree in the park and bit a boy. that led to the death of the boy's grandmother. the grandmother saw it bite the boy and she went into cardiac arrest and died a short time later. disney said the animal was wild and there was no call for an ambulance for the grandmother following that incident. the boy is doing okay. >> very scary. we're in for for much warmer temperatures. amelia is tracking how that could cause potential flooding. here's a place to keep the snow for as long as possible. we'll be right back.
