for several more hours, we'll be dealing with widespread fog across the area. i'm just glad all that rain we had today was rain and not snow. let me show you what's going on across the area. you can see down through the north earn neck, areas of west moreland county. that's where the showers are right now. slow travel until 2:00 a.m. after that, the pockets of fog will really start to lift and then we start to focus on the next thing. some flooding that we'll see with streams and rivers.

>> police tell us two adults and two teens were shot, all have nonlife threatening injuries. no word yet on what led up to the shooting. >> trouble for montgomery county tonight. police say revelations that have shocked their town home community. >> he cautioned against rush to judgment. who rifed in this clarksburg townhouse. but the couple hasn't been seen here in recent weeks. according to court documents, they were arrested for first-degree child abuse on december 2nd after their 7-year-old son was treated at a montgomery county hospital for

injuries that included multiple abrasions. the documents note the boy was flown to children's hospital in the district. there, he told medical staff that he had been frequently restrained with zip ties. the doctors claim he had regularly been wrapped. the documents were at her stepson which had been going on about 7 months. >> in a statement, david driscoll said i don't believe police looked as deeply as they could or should have into the back story of this case. he went onto say right now, what's out there for public consumption is nowhere near the full story. husband and wife are both free on a $10,000 bond. it appears a relative is staying at the family home caring for their children.

live, jackie benson, news 4. >> the court documents in prince george's county. police arrested 25-year-old darren boswell johnson. talked to the mother after the arrest. >> he didn't have to do it. he could have just left her alone. why? because you didn't have to shoot her. or my grand baby. >> now, those court documents say johnson shot davis and his daughter after she refused to drop a petition that would require him to pay $600 a month in child support. he's expected to be held without bond.
