want you to take a look at this case. this man broke into a home and sexual sexually assaulted a woman in the alexandria section of the county. not what you want to know at your child's birthday party. a fight broke out at a chuck e cheese in connect case. two women bumped each other and it escalated into a brawl. nobody seriously hurt, although a child was injured. police didn't arrest anybody because the group all left before the officers arrived. >> rently a dozen people were involved. and this is outrageous because it's full of kids. i was just there for a birthday party for my child on saturday. >> not this one. >> no, a different one. but it was all fun and very peaceful.

primary, today is the deadline to request a ballot. if you want it mailed to you, you can fax, mail, even hand deliver your application. mo a few offices stay open until 8:00 to give you a little more time. montgomery county police want to turn tragedy into purpose today. a suspected drunk driver killed officer noah liota while he was working a holiday checkpoint in december. maryland law enforcement leaders are rallying for a tougher interlock law. if it passes, anyone convicted of driving drunk in maryland would need an in-car breathalyzer. right now only repeat drunk drivers and cases involving extreme drinking have to use the interlock devices. a d.c. police captain is suspended and facing dui charges for a crash over the weekend. police say that paul shelton rear ended another driver on i 295 in southeast. that was sunday night.

crash. captain shelton is a 29 year veteran of the force. a daycare worker entrusted with looking after children goes on trial for abuse. she pled not guilty. she faces 57 charges after accusations she and another daycare worker it things like step on the children's toes and spray them in the face with hoses at the minnieland daycare center. police arrested sprigs and fellow worker sarah jordan. jordan was found guilty back in january. beaten with a beer bottle, punched in the face and his car windows smashed, arlington police say an un eruber driver the attacked by three men after he stasked the group to stop drinking. agree thr >> he threw the battle at my

deposition is set for march 14th. a controversial book written in the words of a serial killer is no longer for same. robert pickton's manuscript was apparently smuggled out of prison. he's serving a life sentence for killing six where i omen in can years ago. he confessed to killing dozens more, but in the book he says he's innocent. the book went up this week and victims' families says they were outraged.publisher asked amazon to take the book down. transgender rights are part of anti-discrimination law in charlotte, north carolina. more than 100 demonstrated from both side. the new rules mean that businesses can't discriminate based on someone's sexual orientation, marital status or gender identity. the transgender men and women can also use whichever bathroom they feel
