this morning, fairfax county police are looking into that two-hour window to find the suspect. they are charged with the shooting of a man while riding on the green line metro train. 19-year-old andrew brody and a 16-year-old will be in court. police say the 16-year-old was the shooter and they want him tried as an adult. police say the two suspects were identified after looking at station surveillance video. and the shooting has shaken many who depend on metro for their daily commute. more on what you can expect for rider safety coming up later on "news4 today." and the subject of a congressional hearing with commits from both the house and senate committee to see if the cdc is doing everything possible to stop the spread of the zika
