promising for republicans but potentially worrying for democrats. >> we can tell you everything you're saying on the republican side, this is what we've been seeing the whole year. they're shattering records. having their best turnout ever. on the flip side, we've been seeing it down on the democrats side. since the last time they had one of these competitive primaries, that was 2008, obama. virginia, down 14%. vermont, down 13%. massachusetts, down 5, georgia down 2. look, there's two ways to look at that. one is bernie sanders, the entire message of his campaign is this is a political revelatire revoluti revolution, it's going to bring all these new people to the process that have never participated before. if that was coming to fruition,
