it appears that the suspects are brothers. police are working to secure a search warrant at a town home. neighbors tell news 4 two brothers lived at that house police are focusing on. last night officers were also seen searching the car in the parking lot of that community. and this morning, one suspect is in custody being held at police headquarters while the other remains under arrest at the hospital. it's 4:30 now. this morning jacai colsol is being remembered for his dedication and bravery. he was a four year veteran and an undercover narcotics officer. he would have celebrated his 29th birthday this week. the head of the police union who knew him well said that colsa c never shied away from any calls. he called this a dark day. upper colson was from upper winchester in pennsylvania. and this is the second time in three weeks that a police officer has

just in, we have breaking news in kansas. an amtrak train off the tracks, it derail outside of dodge city. we're working to get pictures for you. police say five train cars are lying on their side right now. there were close to 150 people on board the train. at least 111 were hurt, but they are expected to survive. and if you are just joining us, we're following more breaking news this morning. three families are forced out of their homes by this fire. this is video from the scene. this is in germantown. the building burned and collapsed. news 4's meagan fitzgerald is on her way to the scene.
