metro shut down today. the entire system shut down today. so, let's take a look at traffic right now. as far as construction, stuff like that a lot of it not really around this morning. just a couple of small items to talk about. 270 at montrose road, northbound, southbound, just fine. we do have normal restrictions in place on 270. normal restrictions. outer loop, ritchie marlboro, and a lot more volume expected everywhere. chuck. outside this morning, a bit of a foggy start out across the shenandoah valley. do be on the lookout if you're driving i-81 or i-70 or i-68 north and west of it, that's where the biggest troubles are likely to be. the four things you need to know about the weather. patchy dense fog this morgue. such a nice day.

state's republican delegates. hillary clinton also won and took the primaries to the democrats. and for ohio, a big win for governor john kasich. he took the delegates from donald trump. and to get on the other side, a win for hillary clinton once again. trump and clinton won their primaries in north carolina. we mentioned a candidate has suspended his campaign this morning. florida senator marco rubio is calling it quits after a loss in his home state and in each of the other contests. senator rubio addressed his supporters. >> while it is not god's plan that i be president in 2016 or maybe ever, and while today my campaign is suspended, the fact that i've even come this far is evidence of how special america truly is. >> senator rubio did take on the final dig at trump saying the conservative movement should not be built on fear or the country's frustration

us at 4:45 with a detailed look at the delegate count. and what you should watch out for next in the race for the white house. now to the death of a prince george's police officer. there will be a bond hearing today for the men charged in the death of jacai colson. he was killed on sunday after being accidentally shot by a fellow officer during a shoot-out with suspect michael ford. police have charged ford with second degree murder. that murder charge is for officer colson's death as well as shooting at other officers and ambulances. ford's brothers also face attempted murder charges for shoot-outs and driving the alleged shooter to the scene. north korea says its highest court sentenced oto-laimbeer to 15 years hard labor. he was arrested for

4:48, montgomery county police now say last week's shooting of an honors graduate was a homicide. 20-year-old shelden williams graduated from cesar chavez charter school west east. he worked at a local restaurant and was taking classes. three days after he was gunned down, williams accepted an acceptance letter. his mentor was proud of him. >> this was a success story. for him, it was a tragic situation. shelden williams say success. >> montgomery county police still don't know why someone would kill williams. they're asking anyone with information to contacts them. today, the prince william county school board will have its first meeting since a board member received a racism message in his home mailbox police are investigating whether changing the name of goodwin middle school prompted that. the school is being renamed

it is now 4:57. a warning for parents at two popular tourist destinations where there are reports of men grabbing children. richmond police released these surveillance photos from the richmond science center. police say last month a man had inappropriate contact by a 9-year-old girl. then on march 3rd a similar incident happened at the smithsonian space and air museum in washington. surveillance video shows two persons of interest. witnesseses saw a man take a child's hand as a group left the museum, and the man hopped on a shuttle bus. >> between 10:00 and 11:00, if you had a dropoff or pickoff in the 600 block of air and space museum, please reach out to us and let us nose. >> police have not confirm

whether the richmond and washington cases are connected. maryland is one step closer to a tougher dwi law named after a montgomery county police officer. noah's law passed the state house tuesday and would require convicted drunk drivers to have ignition interlock devices put on their cars it's named after the officer was killed by a suspected drunk driver in december. the bill headed to the new york senate for a vote. a sidewalk which was just built to help make the park more accessible to parents in wheelchairs is now flooded. montgomery park says no one can play on the field right now. and neighbors are not happy. >> a lot of leakage, a running river and a little waterfall, and a little spout of water that comes up some a different area which kind of makes the area n
